Led the end-to-end planning and execution of ROBOTRON '26, managing a large-scale competition for 50+ teams

Operational Management

Directed complex logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution from initial setup to event closing

Team Supervision

Recruited and led a volunteer workforce, effectively delegating tasks and coordinating between staff and external stakeholders

Brand & Scalability

Established the event's visual identity and professional standards, building a scalable framework for future mega-scale competitions
